 am incredibly grateful for the people you have brought into my life.

Thank you for providing me opportunities to learn to be patient with progress, with my body limitations, and with being able to run longer distances.

Thank you for giving me opportunities to listen to my body.

Thank you for the happy endorphins that buzz through my body and make me feel like I can accomplish anything.

Thank you for being there every day wherever I am whether it be a run or a walk.

Thank you for leading me to Alexandra Andre's mentor coaching session where I learnt to journal and release a run that was unknowingly inhibiting my progress both mentally and physically.

Thank you for reminding me to enjoy the journey. I truly now do Dream Big and Believe in Myself.

Dear Running - thank you for making me excited about what each new day has the possibility of bringing, it's incredibly powerful and empowering.
