This A5 softcover training journal has space to capture daily sessions for 22 weeks of training, in a format designed by our Founder. It goes beyond simply recording your training journey - it will help guide and support you along the way towards the goal you have in your sights.
You'll be invited to reflect on your goal and what achieving it will mean to give it more depth and purpose; each week features a different affirmation and invites you to celebrate progress; and it features a race-day checklist, a goal success toolkit and space for a post-race debrief after the event. It's more than a training journal - it's got a touch of coaching between the pages too!
When you place your order we'll prepare it in our Melbourne Warehouse usually within 1 -2 business days. We ship with Australia Post and you'll receive tracking details as soon as it's dispatched.
