The Inspiration

For many years our Founder used the Runners World Training Diaries. They recorded many sessions and journeys to marathons and an IRONMAN. Over time she started crafting her own format to record and reflect on sessions, and it's that format plus a range of extra tips and tools that this training journal has been loaded with - to give you every ounce of support on your quest to achieve this goal. It is also to encourage us to connect within, not just connect to an app to tell us how we're going, or record our data in a spreadsheet - there is nothing more pure than writing it down and writing about it. This training journal will provide you with the ultimate opportunity to give your goal your best shot and gain most from the experience.

Shipping is by Australia Post and the delivery timeframes excludes any processing time at our warehouse.
