Shipping Times

• Express Orders: Typically, 1 to 4 business days, depending on the location (regional or metropolitan).
• Standard Orders: Typically, 2 to 8 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by regional differences and unforeseen circumstances such as floods or other natural events.

Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of AUD$10
• Express shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of AUD$15
  

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided upon order fulfilment and dispatch. It will be sent to the email used when placing the order.

International Shipping

We can ship internationally and International Express and Standard Australia Post rates are shown at checkout. 

Lost or Damaged Goods

Please check tracking of your order. If the item still has not been delivered within the required time, please check the package has not been left somewhere on your premises or with a neighbour before contacting us.  Please ensure the address is correct before completing your order.
