You saved me from some big frights!

I joined the Army & couldn’t even run the required time I needed to pass PTT! That was the shock I needed to realise I was very a unhealthy young person. I have been running ever since.

I have run all around the world making people look so fast as I run along behind them but we don’t care. T

hen when diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020 you gave me something good to look forward to every day. During Radiation & burning I would lather myself up with cream, wack a soft cotton wad over my breast, put on a bra & crop top to stop friction & gently ran round the neighbourhood enjoying every breath, the sunshine & the breeze.

You kept me from dark thoughts. I am well now and dear running - you are my bestie giving me my daily health maintenance. See you for our 5k tomorrow my friend. 🏃🏼
