Thank you for the challenge of training to firstly run 5km without walking. Weekly training with a running group has allowed me to run a few half marathons, GC30 and with Rainbow Beach Trail Full marathon coming up in August. Running clears my head and ignites my mild competitive streak.
The weekly kms are also helping me to virtually run around Australia in Run Down Under. So each step helps kick more goals.
